DDB Chicago and Jeep Celebrate Renegade Spirit with New Campaign Featuring Halsey
DDB Chicago worked Jeep to launch the “Release Your Renegade Campaign,” which celebrates the spirit of Renegades on the Rise – women with a quest to find their voices, even if it breaks the mold. The creative features artist Halsey (Astralwerks Records) and her new single ‘Bad at Love’ and three other up-and-coming females – Molly Kate Kestner (Atlantic Records), Uri Grey, and Chloe Nixon.
A new brand marketing campaign for the Jeep Renegade, each artist speaks about their own personal journeys and what makes them a renegade. In each of the 30-second videos, each female musician embraces a sense of freedom and expressionism brought to life in the songs and music they each write and perform. This authentic self-reflection adds an inspiring element to the campaign.
Female director Erin Sarofsky captured each artists renegade spirit and unique lifestyle. Erin was selected because DDB Chicago participates in industry initiative, Free The Bid, which increases diversity in the production bid mix.
The campaign is running across broadcast, digital and social platforms.
