DDB Chicago Named Mid-Size Agency of the Year by the 2016 Shorty Awards
The Shorty Awards has announced its list of 2016 winners, which included DDB Chicago taking home multiple honors such as “Mid-Size Agency of the Year.” The awards ceremony was held on April 11th at the Timescenter in New York City.
In addition to DDB Chicago’s top recognition, the agency earned three awards for the McDonald’s “Lovin’ the Super Bowl” campaign, being named Winner in the “Best Use of Twitter” and “Best in Food & Beverage” categories, as well as receiving the Silver Honor in the “Best Integration with Live Television”‘ category.
The Shorty Awards recognizes individuals and organizations who produce exceptional content on all social platforms including Snapchat, YouTube, and Instagram, among others. According to Adweek, the Shorty Awards received submissions from a “record number of brands” this year.
