DDB Joins the 2017 3% Conference

The sixth annual 3% Conference takes place November 2nd and 3rd at the Manhattan Center in NYC and DDB is proud to participate for another consecutive year. This year’s conference features three speaking engagements from DDB and Tribal, the details of which can be found below (and in the official agenda here):

Thursday, November 2nd

Title: “It’s In Your Hands”

Speaker: Keith Reinhard, DDB Worldwide Chairman Emeritus

Time: 11:15am – 11:45am

Synopsis: What happens when men step forward to mentor and champion women…or they don’t.

Manbassadors Track

Title: “Fireside Chat: Agency of the Future”

Speakers: Reema Mitra, DDB NY Digital Director and Brand Strategist; Tom Goodwin, Zenith Media EVP/Head of Innovation 

Time: 11:15am – 11:45am

Synopsis: What technologies, trends and opportunities do your creatives need to grasp in order to succeed?

Creative Director Track

Title: “Lunch + Learn: The Privilege Clash: A Brazilian Case Study”

Speakers: Laura Chiavone, Tribal New York CSO; PJ Periera, Periera & O’Dell CCO and Co-Founder

Time: 12:30pm – 1:15pm

Synopsis: The hottest talent infusing the American ad market hails from Latin America.

Creative Director Track

The 3% Conference is an annual event to address the gender disparity in creative director roles in the advertising industry. This year the 3 Percent Movement organization expanding its conference agenda to address a variety of diversity issues within the industry, further reinforcing their belief that “Diversity = Creativity = Profitability.” Learn more about the organization here.
