DDB North America Takes Home 8 Lions at Cannes

The region took home two Gold, three Silver, and three Bronze Lions overall

DDB North America scooped eight Lions, including two Gold, three Silver, and three Bronze lions.

DDB/NA’s Lions come from three offices across the region, with DDB New York leading the way with three of the eight Lions, including both Gold Lions. The work recognized at the Festival includes DDB New York’s “Dream” film for the Wildlife Conservation Film Festival and “Documents” for Gun by Gun, as well as DDB Chicago’s “The Following” film for State Farm (Bronze) and We Are Unlimited’s “Search” for McDonald’s (Silver).

DDB/NA was also represented at the festival beyond winning Lions. Wendy Clark, CEO of DDB/NA, served as Jury President for the Glass Lions Jury to recognize work in the industry that breaks down stereotypes regarding gender equality. Additionally, DDB Chairman Emeritus Keith Reinhard participated in his annual engagement with the Berlin School of Creative Leadership with multiple sessions throughout the week during which he discussed storytelling and its place in modern advertising. And, in the spirit of supporting young talent, DDB/NA sent two Young Lions to the festival from Rodgers Townsend: Erin Holcomb and Angela Bode, both for Cyber.
