Wendy Clark Named Executive of the Year on Advertising Age’s 2017 A-List
Wendy Clark was named one of Advertising Age’s Executives to Watch in 2016, and after an impressive first year at DDB North America she has taken home the Executive of the Year honor in 2017. Wendy’s win acknowledges her achievements as DDB North America’s leader during successful pitches such as those for State Farm, Time Warner Cable, and McDonald’s. It also recognizes her establishment of the new We Are Unlimited agency and the DDB Flex model.
Wendy has a tradition of picking one word that encapsulates her feelings and goals, both professionally and personally, for the year. For 2017 her word is “ambitious,” and if this A-List recognition is any indicator, Wendy’s year is on the right track.
In addition to Wendy Clark’s win, adam&eveDDB in London was named Ad Age’s International Agency of the Year, and Alma was named Multicultural Agency of the Year.
